Suggest a gluten-free place

Have you eaten well, and safely, at a place in Turin that you cannot find in our guide? Tell us about it: suggestions from our readers are the quickest way to discover new gluten-free addresses.

We are interested in restaurants, pizzerias, bakeries, gelato shops and bars with a declared gluten-free offering, even if they are not part of AIC's AFC programme (Alimentazione Fuori Casa, ‘eating out’; AIC is the Italian Coeliac Association). We also need to hear about the less successful experiences: if a place in the guide let you down, tell us, so we can check it again.

Filling in the form takes just a few minutes. No suggestion is published automatically: first we read it and check the details against official sources, as we explain in the box How we assess suggestions.

The suggestion form

The form is divided into four parts: your details, the place, the details of your visit and your privacy consent. You can move from one field to the next with the Tab key; if you forget a required field, the browser tells you before sending and you do not lose what you have already written.

Only write what you have seen and eaten yourself. If you are not sure about a detail, for example whether the kitchen is really separate, leave it blank or choose ‘I don't know’: an honest answer helps us more than a guess.

Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required.

Your details

We use them only to reply to you or to ask you for clarification: they do not appear on the site, unless you ask for this in the Privacy part.

We will only write to you about this suggestion.
Digits and spaces only, with the +39 prefix if you like.
The place

The name on the sign and the type of place are enough to get started; the address and the official website save us time when we check.

It helps us check the offering on the place's official channel.
Certification or menu declared by the place

Choose ‘AIC-certified’ only if the place is part of the AFC programme: participating places display the AFC window sticker for the current year.

Details of your visit

This information tells us when you went and how it went. The rating and the safety slider are not published as numbers: they help us understand which suggestions to deal with first.

We accept visits from 1 January 2024: older experiences may no longer describe the place as it is today.
1 = avoid, 5 = you would go back tomorrow.
You can choose more than one: hold down Ctrl (Cmd on a Mac) while you click; with the keyboard, hold down Shift and use the arrow keys.
Services you noticed (optional)
Move the slider with the mouse or with the arrow keys: 0 = not safe at all, 10 = completely safe. The starting value is 7.
An image (for example JPG or PNG) of the menu or of the allergen list. Do not photograph other people.
500 characters maximum.
Why we ask: together with your email address, it will let you correct or withdraw your suggestion without having to write to us. Use at least 8 characters and do not reuse a password from other services.
Privacy

We process your data only to handle this suggestion, in compliance with the GDPR. You can ask at any time to see, correct or delete it. Senza Glutine Torino is a student project: in this version sending is simulated and the data you enter is not stored.

Before accepting, read the privacy notice (summary) on the Contact page.
